You can return it for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

Please postmark all returns within fifteen (15) days from the delivery of the purchased item. All returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached, and any manuals, cards, accessories, and original packaging intact.

RETURN PROCESS

Returning an item is a simple process. Feel free to reach us at contact@villagealley.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which we will send to you within 24 hours. Once you have the RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging along with the return form provided, and mail it to the address below:

We will cover or reimburse the return shipping charges.

REFUND OR EXCHANGE

After receiving your return and inspecting the item’s condition, we will process your return or exchange. We may also reach out to verify any damage or defects in the product before processing a refund or replacement. Please allow a minimum of fifteen (15) business days for processing your return or exchange, starting from the date we receive your item. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit or debit card statement, depending on your card company. We will send you an email notification once we have processed your return.
